Election Timeline

1. Call for Nominations
   Members are invited to submit nominations for elected board positions during the designated nomination period. Nomination period ends February 20th.

2. Nomination Review by Nominating Committee
   The Nominating Committee reviews all submissions to confirm eligibility and ensure candidates meet the required criteria.

3. Candidate Selection by Nominating Committee
   The committee finalizes the slate of qualified candidates who will appear on the election ballot. Finalist selected by March 20th.

4. Voting by Membership
   Active, eligible members cast their votes during the official voting period. Voting period begins March 20th and ends April 20th.

5. New Board Elected and Seated
   Votes are tallied, nominating committee certifies election, and the newly elected board members are formally seated. New leadership in place by Memorial Day.
